How to Use Your Customer Portal
To effectively use the Customer Portal, follow these steps:
- Log In: Click the link sent to you by email. (This link will expire after 14 days.)
- Dashboard Overview: After logging in, you will arrive at your dashboard, where you can view a summary of your account, including recent activity and any pending actions.
- Access Quotes: Navigate to the Quotes section to view any quotes provided to you. You can review the details and current status of each quote.
- View Proofs: In the Proofs section, you will find proofs associated with current orders, including those pending approval and those already approved.
- Manage Orders: Go to the Orders section to view a list of your orders. You can track orders in progress and review details of completed orders.
- Review Invoices: Select the Invoices tab to view all invoices. You can review completed orders and see which invoices have outstanding balances.
- Billing & Payments: In the Billing section, you can view invoices and statements, make payments, and access any tracking information related to your invoices.
- Log Out: Be sure to close the web page when finished to help protect your information.
If your login link has expired, simply click the original link again and a new email with an updated link will be sent to you. If you experience any issues or have questions, please contact us for assistance.
